"My interest as an artist continues to be about “point of view (POV)” and how one’s perspective creates a unique and personal interpretation of the content we experience. I like to capture images that reflect our fleeting moments of memory, moments where we grasp only glimpses of content as our senses move through that moment, often only perceiving that which is graphic or easily recalled. My compositions are what I call “pulled experiences” that are flashes of memory, moments so often lost, but if examined closer can challenge the way we actually hear, see and perceive the world around us and ourselves in."
This is an abstract image of a stream entering the ocean on the west coast of Canada.. This two panel painting is meant to be hung close together but not completely touching. Vibrant blues and greens, its graphic images give a sense of movement and flow of water.
